Join Plant Gate Rally May 30, 2019 to Kick Off Negotiations in UNITY

On May 30th from 2:00pm - 4:00pm IUE-CWA Local 201 will standout and rally in front of the Fairchild gate on Western Ave. 

Show our unity and demands for a fair contract and send off your Union Negotiating Committee to Negotiations in Cincinnati, OH.  Wear your Contract/Union shirts and stand tall! Pass the word through the shop and help bring out your coworkers. YOU are the union!

The Company has said they need to "balance" our benefits and wages with the “need to stay competitive” but our wages have stagnated and we are paying more than ever for nightmare health insurance.  The fat is at the top, NO CUTS to wages and benefits. We work hard to put out first class engines and deserve a good contract - expanded retirement benefits, better healthcare and significant wage improvements.
