Update from Bargaining Committee Expected Tomorrow

201 Contract Update: July 18th 2019

The IUE-CWA is putting out a statement on next steps on the GE Workers United Facebook page on Friday, July 19th. We will repost on our website www.Local201IUECWA.org.

  1. We are currently working under the 2015-2019 contract with GE. Neither the Company nor Union has issued a 10-day notice to terminate the contract. 
  2.  Benefits within that agreement that had an expiration date or required renewal such as SERO, PCPO, the Regular Supplement and Special Supplement are expired pending results of Bargaining. 
  3. Continue coming to work as usual and as always focus on safety and quality.
  4. Talk to your steward for accurate information.
