STATEMENT OF IUE-CWA CONFERENCE BOARD

Brothers and Sisters,

The IUE-CWA GE Conference Board negotiating committee met with GE negotiators today to discuss the key issues in the 2019 negotiations and gave the Company their proposals. IUE-CWA union leaders from Lynn, Schenectady, Strothers, Madisonville, Salem, Bucyrus and Service Centers discussed specific issues affecting members at those sites. The day concluded with GE caucusing to discuss the Union proposals. Negotiations will resume tomorrow morning.
